Personal and small group training with a focus on Functional movement, Mobility, Strength, Healthy Aging, and Fun. Train with a Masters Level Exercise Physiologist/Professional Dancer/Dance Educator.
My Belief
My belief is that movement heals and creates the basis for us to age well and thrive in all that we do. Every body regardless of age, mobility, size, learning style, and ability has the capacity to grow in strength and ease.
Becoming stronger and increasing cardiovascular fitness helps us show up for ourselves, for activities of daily life and for all the people and beings in our lives. It prepares us for those more extraordinary moments where we may need to ask a little more from our bodies!

We work where you want to work and how you want to work.
Sessions can be private or semi-private. Movement Pathways training will help you define, move toward, and reach your goals. Sessions are always flexible and adaptable to every body! Trust that my years of experience working with many different people allow me to keep you safe regardless of experience, age, size, health concerns, or mobility level. Prices are suggested; please inquire for sliding scale, low and no-cost options.
