Movement Pathways

Come home to your body. Come home to the earth.

Moving Together

Movement Pathways is a home for every body. This community is a place of belonging for people of all ages, abilities, sizes, and backgrounds. Through guided practice in yoga, forest bathing, and functional training, we are invited into true connection with ourselves, others, and the more than human world.

Our Offers

  • Movement Pathways

    Yoga

On and off the mat, I seek to honor the roots of Yoga. This practice emphasizes community. As we cultivate focus and self study, we will grow strong and flexible while harmonizing our nervous systems and finding deep rest. Yoga is a Pathway to connection on our way to liberation!

  • Movement Pathways

    Forest Bathing

Forest bathing walks are a time to listen with all of our senses as we remember our relationship to the natural world.

Tuning in, slowing down, and growing reciprocity with the land, we are Nature!

  • Movement Pathways

    Functional Training

Personal and small group training that centers alignment, mobility, strength, healthy aging, and fun. Every body, regardless of age, mobility, learning style, and ability, has the capacity to grow in strength and ease. Moving is a balm that reduces pain, empowers, and soothes the spirit!

Guiding Principles

  • Movement Pathways strives to create an entry to deeper connection to self, to each other, and to the natural world. We are coming home to our bodies, fostering belonging within our communities, and celebrating our connection to the earth.

  • I seek to celebrate the unique experiences, identities, and strengths of each individual while centering community. My commitment to decolonizing wellness means honoring ancestral knowledge, uplifting marginalized voices, and co-creating joyful, healing spaces for all.

  • When we step onto the mat, into the woods, or pick up a weight, we arrive at that moment as we are – already complete and inherently perfect. Both locations where I teach have no stairs and gender neutral bathrooms. Nothing is expected of any person any day other than being open to listening for their own truth and honoring mind, body and spirit. I take great care to scale movement for each individual, and I believe that valuing all bodies and experiences leads to strong and supportive communities where everyone can feel at home. Forest walks take place at accessible locations. The cost for classes and personal training are suggested, inquire for sliding scale and no-cost options.

  • I honor traditional, time-tested practices, offering them with clarity and care. In a noisy world, I seek to create meaningful experiences that allow people to move intentionally, and find ease in both body and mind.
